There are a few minor issues with this machine, but I don’t mind a single one in exchange for the great results I got! This thing cleaned my carpet better than I could have dreamed. Very important note, vacuum the area you want to clean very well before cleaning with this machine. This cleaning machine is NOT a vacuum, so you can’t expect it to do that part for you. If you vacuum beforehand and pre-treat dark spots with a spray, the results are AMAZING! I did experience some dirty water leaking after turning the machine off, which was a total bummer. I’m not sure what the trick is to avoid that. But again, it’s a small price to pay for these results.
