Really great little cart. Functions smoothly. Great study wheels are its main feature and far superior to any competitor in this size range. Carries a good medium size load. There are smaller carts out there that only carry a bad, and huge carts out there that can tackle a lot (but are too big to take on the bus). This is right in between. I was able to get it on the bus and keep it out of anyone's way and it slogged its way over curbs and up three flights of stairs like a trooper. Material is high quality canvas on the bag and plastic dolly platform holds and evenly distributes weight. Two main drawbacks are that the cart tends to tip over when placed upright and the bag will slide off the dolly platform coming off of curbs and turning tight corners. I'm going to bungee cord it down for my next trip and see if that helps keep it in place. Height wise, I'm 5'8" and I'd say I'm at the last tier of height that you could comfortably wheel it next to or behind you. If you're taller, I'd suggest attaching a study rope to extend your reach on this. I'm a committed pedestrian and rely on carts like this to perform many vital tasks from groceries to laundry. This cart has been the most immediately satisfactory one I've purchased out of half a dozen or so now. It's a very promising cart, but I've ended up disappointed in nearly all the cart's I've had, so I will keep this review updated periodically. ***Update 10/3/2016*** Still have and use cart on a weekly basis - fantastic and long lasting product - very impressed with this little helper ***Update 06/24/2018*** Still going strong! I also use it to get my laundry to and from the laundry room. Absolute best Trolley out there!
