Very practical way to dry clothes in a small apartment. Before I purchased this clothesline I had been using drying racks. This is definitely the way to go. Key to keeping line taught is to not allow any slack in the line when you secure it by looping it around the base. UPDATE:. After three months of use, the clothesline began to pull away from the wall, dangerously insecure. The screws were literally coming out of the anchors. You can see this in the second photo. Once I noticed that, I immediatly stopped using it (which was a bummer because its so convenient) and sent a message to the seller. The seller was very helpful and told me the screws are smaller than the anchors and I needed a larger screw. Also I need the anchors to sit deeper in the wall. I was kinda bummed to have to buy additional hardware (I installed it using the hardware that came with it, I'm not sure why it didn't work). So I installed new anchors and longer screws, and made sure to hammer the anchors deep into the wall. So far so good! I'm so glad to have my clothesline back, I missed it!
