I ordered three of these sweaters in different prints and sizes, and ended up keeping the one that fit best (2X - I wear a size 16 jeans, my hips being my problem area). I returned the other two and was refunded. I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the sweaters and wrote a review reflecting that. A few days ago got an email from Casy at YesNo with an apology for the fit and quality problems I wrote about, and she said she would take up the matter with the manufacturer. She also offered to send me a free sweater. While this was a generous offer, I really didn't want another sweater, so she offered me one of their long Bohemian dresses! I'd ordered a couple of those dresses last summer (Casy noticed), and I love them. They're very lightweight 100% cotton (perfect for hot weather) short sleeve, and come in a huge selection of lovely prints. I was very impressed with Casy, who obviously cared about customer satisfaction. Further, she noticed that I requested they show hip measurements on their size charts, and she said they'd start including them. Over the past 3 years I've ordered a number of items from YesNo, and have been mostly very satisfied. I want to give a shout-out to Casy and YesNo for great service and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. It's so nice to know that a seller in China - on the other side of the world from me - cared so much and went the extra mile! Further, I know I can return items easily and with confidence for a full refund. I will definitely be ordering from this seller again! Thanks, Casy!
