I know ergonomic items work but also know its dependent on a lot of things lining up. This particular product is amazing. We have hardwoods so while I wear slippers, it is so nice to have this cushion to use. I just got it and am already noticing a difference at my desk. Couple this with a new stand up desk that can level where I need it, and I'm excited to get my posture back where I need it. For context, I'm 43, history of being a dancer, inflammation issues and pain. I'm so excited! And...it doesn't slip even when I push on it which is key. I'm 6 feet tall so not small and can move items easily. Really impressed.
