EASY TO USE & THEY WORK
These pads are great for releasing toxins from your body. My grandson said it was the first time his feet didn't hurt when he woke up. They come in 10 indivually wrapped packages of 2 in each pack. They are very easy to use and when you take them off just wipe the stickyness off . It is like putting a bandaid on the arch of your feet.
