First off, I got the color called "big purple" and I am obsessed, it's teal, pink, and purple all swirled together. I attached photos to better show. It is so beautiful. I had been eyeing these up for a long time and I'm a huge review reader for all my options and this company has great reviews so I finally decided to get it. The package came in a little drawstring bag with a mermaid necklace my 5 year old will certainly wear proudly. The blanket/tail is so warm and comfortable. I'm someone who wears a blanket if I'm on the couch or bed no matter the temperature and this is the perfect size to do that. The tail opens about halfway up to "get" into. The fin area is thin and can't fit two adult feet into but small feet could. The tail opens up also so you don't have a closed tail all the way down. I am 5 foot 3 and this comes well past my lady lumps when pulled up. I'm glad I did my research and chose them to buy from. Would highly recommend and will likely be buying more for my jealous Mother and daughter when she sees this. Thank you!!
