Good product. Unlike the cheaper alternatives, these keyfinders actually work reliably as advertised. We've had them for 6 months, and have grown to use them constantly at home, whenever hunting for keys, etc. The minor downsides mentioned in other reviews -- limited range (you have to walk from room to room), the need to replace batteries, and slightly bulky receivers -- we find manageable. But customer service is where this company really shines. After 6 months, our transmitter stopped working. We installed the spare battery that came with it; still no luck. So we wrote them on their website to ask how we could determine whether the problem is due to a defective transmitter, or just a bad spare battery. To our surprise, they immediately responded and mailed us a new transmitter, with several extra batteries to boot. No questions asked. Just a cheerful, instant, and generous remedy. It was the best customer service experience I can recall, from any firm. Other companies should learn from them.
