I have never reviewed a product before but i felt i needed to. I started taking this collagen powder 6 weeks ago. I didnt know what to expect and was only hoping for pain relief feom arthritis. I am now a firm believer! As far as hair, skin and nails i have not noticed anything. But pain relief, inflammation and stomach relief this has changed my life. I had finger joints so swollen and painful i could wear rings on them that i once wore. My left hip hurt from sun up to sun down. And i took omeprazole every night for acid reflux ontop of a few tums at bedtime. I no longer take anything for my acid reflux! I can wear my rings again and still have occasional mild discomfort in my left hip. Overall MAJOR improvement! I am a user for life!
