Really love this machine so far! I work in a very quiet cubicle space with 15 or so others. This treadmill is super easy to use, works great and is actually pretty quiet! Only the people right next to me can hear anything. The motor doesn’t make any noise, but there is some light sound from the belt moving and my actual walking. It beeps loudly multiple times when starting and once when you change speeds, which is a little annoying. But once you get going, the only sound is from the belt and walking. When I received it, I was able to remove it from the box myself and wheel it into position. It’s not overly heavy. Simply plug it in and it’s ready to go. Instructions say to apply silicone lubricant beneath the belt beforehand. There is no application hole, so I just squeezed some of the provided lubricant under the belt on both sides. The remote takes AAA batteries, which were surprisingly included. I have used it 2-3 hours each day while I worked. It’s very easy to get used to, and doesn’t affect my ability to type or get work done. While walking, the display rotates between 1) distance walked, 2) calories burned, and 3) time spent on the machine. The feet on the machine do create an indentation in the carpet, so you may want to consider a mat underneath. The speed goes from 0 to 6 in .5 increments. I walk comfortably at 3.5 or 4 and can start breaking a light sweat after 20-30 minutes. You might want to consider a small fan to have at your desk. The 6 speed would accommodate a very light jogging speed. With standard shipping, it arrived 12 days from the date I placed the order. Very pleased with this purchase so far. Now I’m just hoping it lasts a decent amount of time since I’ll be using it frequently!
