I absolutely LOVE this flat iron. I receive the best results with one pass only. I have had it for almost a year and the plates has not overheated or burned. I have recommend this flat iron to clients as well as other stylist. This is the best flat iron I've used. I've used Chi, Babybliss, Nume, GVP and Ion. Only Con: Over time the writing on the iron wiped off.
