I am going to preface this review by saying I have bought multiple faucets from Fapully for friends and family as well as my own use. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the faucets and the service. The first one I bought was 3 years ago and it is still in service. There are a couple of tips I would offer. The hoses supplied my not be long enough for your installation. This is not in all cases, but I do my own plumbing and have had to request longer hoses because I like my supply pipes low under the sink. You may request longer hoses when purchasing. Before installation be sure to run water through the faucet to ensure any packing material is dislodged and does not get into the screens of the faucet. This is a precaution I perform on all plumbing no matter where and who I purchase it from. It is a life lesson I have learned. The last item is too run hot water through the faucet to ensure any oil taste is gone from the faucet. The taste can come from the manufacturing process and is normal and washes out. The faucet is well packed and arrives undamaged and it arrived in 3 days from ordering. The faucet itself is well constructed and I like the brushed metal finish. It has always held up for me and wipes clean easily. I like the pot filler, allows me to have running water and is high enough to get large and deep pots as well as buckets if I have a deep sink. The sprayer has weight to it. Very well constructed and manages the pressure well. There are a feature I find very useful. The sprayer has a clip to lock in the spray position. This allows me to lock the sprayer in the on position and use the right hand free. The sprayer clip on the faucet is nice, swivels and I can push it out the way when needed. The water shut off on the faucet itself is great, I can control the pressure to the sprayer or the pot washer more easily. This allows me to conserve water while in use. Overall, I have had great experience with the faucet and others I have bought. I also have had great support and follow up from Candy at Fapully in the past and in this experience as well. Being aware of the time zone difference and patience has made every situation turn out great. Providing facts for any difficulty I have had and pictures allowed Fapully to get replacement parts when needed. Such as when I damage a seal or something I needed clarification with. I will continue to buy their products as I enjoy the value and continued improvement in the quality of the products.
