We have been using a corded 10x magnifying mirror that finally kicked the bucket from the power switch wearing out and needed a new one. I wanted its replacement to be LED, glass, 10x magnifying, and large enough to see entire face without distortion. This one checked all the boxes and also had a suction mount which I though would be really cool to free up counter space and it had the on/off on the mirror itself like a touchscreen! On the back of the mirror is a cover that hides where 4 AAA batteries go. We use the Amazon Basic rechargeables and had just enough for the mirror (ordering more batteries after this, lol) I timed how long the lights would stay on continuously and it is somewhere around 9 hours. A duration that is more than enough for my beautiful wife to do her makeup. If you are mounting your mirror like I did on the bathroom mirror, I recommend putting a large towel or something soft like a blanket, underneath it just in case it falls off. I have read a few other reviewers only issue was that happening and causing the mirror to shatter. Nobody needs 7 years of bad luck ;) Also, you can clean it with Windex and not have any issues with permanent fogging. Just make sure you use a clean, lint free cloth, quality paper towel, or microfiber. Recommend and 2 thumbs wayyyy up! Please click "helpful" so I can see if my reviews content assist you.
