Directly replaced my original hinges easily. I had no idea what the difference between 1/2 and 3/4 overlay meant so I ordered both. if your trying to figure out the same thing, measure the width of the opening the cabinet door covers and then the width of the cabinet door. If the door is 1 inch larger than the opening then that is a 1/2 overlay and if it is 1 1/2 inches larger than the opening then that is 3/4 overlay.
