Worth the money
For the price, this thing is worth it. I'm only 5'6" / 155lbs and do not do many violent / cross fit movements so i'm not swinging everywhere. But i do add extra weights when i do pull ups and dips (about 45-135 on a weight belt) which does swing a little. Yes the structure does flex a little and squeak, but at no point do i feel like its going to topple over. I also have this on very soft workout mats that doesnt help keep this thing sturdy. Still not worried when doing workouts and i'm generally pretty cautious. I do also like that the structure is light where i can move it all over the place by myself. However it is not good as an anchor for workout bands and it will pull the rack. It never specified that this was the purpose so never expected it to fulfill that need. Would suggest if you are on a budget or dont want to go crazy on a full home gym.
