This is impressive! If you are looking for a spinner, you are on the right page! Update on 1/04/2020: my spinner seems to be no longer working. It still spins but too weak. There is no water being extracted. Since it has a 3 yr warranty, we emailed at service@laundry-alternative.com provided on their web site on Tue, Dec 31, 2019, 11:20 PM PST. We also tried to call them but the mailbox is not functional. We are still waiting to hear back from them. Just like anything, things can break or a bad part has to be replaced. I am not quick to say the machine is bad but I want the warranty process to go smoothly without too much cost on me. Update on 1/14/2020: We were able to get a hold of customer service. What a wonderful service! We just need to call and ask for help. They will take care of you!
