This is my go to cheesecake pan! I'm a professional baker, & this is the best pan for making Paula Deen's Pumpkin Cheesecake, which is both a client & family favorite. The pan doesn't warp, leaks minimally, & doesn't stain or bend. I recommend hand washing at all times. I place a silicone baking liner on a cookie sheet & place this pan on top of it for safe insertion & removal of cheesecakes into the oven. For baking cheesecake recipes that require a water bath, I use a roaster pan filled halfway with water. As for the mention of leaking, the only leakage I've experienced is minimal seeping of butter from the bottom while baking. If you found this review helpful, please vote helpful.
