It always amazes me how some legitimately good products always have a few sour grapes for reviews. It's kind of like the best song you have ever heard also has some knuckle-dragger giving it a thumbs down. You shake your head and wonder what their problem is. Can't please everyone, ever. In the case of this shower head, I give it a thumbs up, way up. It is excellent. It is easy to install. There is nothing complicated about it at all. The instructions are clear, and the quality is on par with the price. I just ordered another one because I liked the first one so much. That being said, those klutzes who can't screw in a light bulb without cross threading it are gonna have trouble installing ANYTHING, and those reviews should be disregarded. If you only hold a wrench in your hand once a year, it's not the fault of the manufacturer that you broke it when you tried to put it together (rightey tightey, leftie loosie, people). Now, even though this is a California compliant shower head, meaning they want you to bathe in a piss-trickle of water to save the planet because they can't manage their resources, you can simply leave the water restrictor disks out when you install it for a full pressure experience. Your choice and it's simple. Oh, and Jeffrey Epstein still didn't kill himself. Bottom line, this is a great shower head system. We are on a water well system, and at only 50+-psi it works fantastic, even with both heads turned on. You can set it to anything from a gentle rain shower to peel-off the paint with the turn of a dial. Pretty cool.
