Make sure to flood the ear canal fully with this ear wash, then massage the lower ear canal to loosen up any wax and debris that's in the ear, the tilt the head to drain the ear, and REPEAT one more time and flood the ear canal to get the loose stuff out even more. Don't be afraid to fill the canal, unless the dogs middle ear wall is torn. This stuff really works and it's not toxic or dangerous for the ear.
