I am so excited I found this!!!!!! This is 100% what a Disney Dole Whip tastes like!!!!! <3 I'm in love. The bag is an industrial sized one, but mine came with instructions for a 2 quart ice cream maker. I have the silver cuisinart one and the consistency came out perfectly! Easter Sunday we all had Dole Whip floats for dessert and all of my family that has never been to Disney was able to see what all the rage is about!! They all agreed it was AMAZING! buy it, you will not be disappointed!! My directions said to use 3 1/2 cups of cold water to 1 1/8c of the product. My machine (cuisinart 2qt) takes about 25-35 minutes for it to come to the texture of a dole whip! A little dole pineapple juice on the bottom and it's like you're back at Disney (no, not really! Haha)....well close!
