Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Ok, so I don't typically like pills and putting all that stuff into your body, but I wanted to try these after a week of really looking at different supplements. First off, they are cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else. When I got them in, it took me about a week to start them because I was still hesitant. I read reviews and people were saying it takes about 45 minutes to kick in. So, when I would leave work, I would take two (as the directions say), then eat a protein bar. Let me say, the first time I took them, I literally have never sweat so much in a work out. Obviously a good thing. As I also read in other reviews people said it pushed them, which it did for me as well. I would struggle near the end of reps, but this helped, well i believe. I took them for about a week and a half, which people were saying they take about a week to start seeing results, and myself, and a lot of people at work were noticing a difference in my tummy. And that is my area i need work in. Also, planks help a lot with that. I then stopped just because the holidays and I really did not want to keep using them knowing I wasnt going to be eating healthy nor working out. But, one thing I did not like at all about Fit Affinity, was on their Instagram, they had some girl who was taking them, so I went to her profile and messaged her like a little over a month ago, and asked how she liked the pills and such, well she finally responded and said she never took them, but she follows their meal plan and work outs and it works for her. That really, really pissed me off. Its false advertisement in my opinion. Also, I cannot seem to trust reviews simply because people get paid to write reviews. But, I dont want to just go with what a negative review said because what does not work for one, may work for another. Everybody is different. Now, i never took any pictures, but I am going to this time. I just started the pills again today, but I will come back in about a month or so and give an update.
