It's not that bad, fellow skunky skunks!
I'm guessing from the reviews that some bodies react differently to this stuff or they are not getting the bacteria off before applying?
But I tried and I'm happy I bought a bunch on special from their website when I had about zero cash and considered it an expensive purchase, but I don't want to skimp on good hygiene even when I'm homeless, eh?
Anyway, it has taken me a REALLY long time to go through a couple of tubes and sticks. It's a cream, not a solid.
I only purchased unscented and lavender sage. I prefer the unscented which has a scent from its ingredients that goes away. It doesn't smell heavily scented like unicorn farts, if that's what you're looking for.
A little goes a long way and you don't need to use it every day -- so it seems like the price isn't so bad when it lasts so long.
You get more in a tube and I much prefer the tube over the stick which just gets so messy and wasteful. So I gave the stick only 4 stars, but I will leave a fiver on the dresser for the tube.
Lume totally works -- unless I'm super stressy in which case nothing but boiling my skin off will work. And I don't recommend that. It hurts. It hurts a lot.
I have very sensitive skin under one arm (I don't know why she can't be like her sister!) but Lume has not caused any pain or problems. (Is it normal to have a favorite armpit?)
I have used it on my other girl bits too, but I don't really know if it works because I'm not flexible and can't get as close to my bits as I can my pits to smell me so 🤷♀️
