I ordered this for my daughter as a Christmas present. When it arrived it was folded in the middle and it had a crease. I let it lay flat on the floor for a few days, hoping the crease will come out. But it didn't. There wasn't enough time to send it back to Amazon and get a new one for Christmas. I e-mailed Sky Home Products, wondering if there is anything I could do to get the crease out of the mat. They contacted me and said they will send me a new mat, for free and I could keep the damaged one. Now this is customer service. I did not expected this. If I ever need a new mat, this is the only company I would buy from. They really impressed me. Not only did I get a new mat, but it arrived Christmas Eve. My daughter loves the mat, she has it in her kitchen. We kept the damaged one and put it in the garage. My husband don't mind the crease. He has back problems and this mat helps him standing up longer, working on his little project. I've seen other reviews where people said this mat smells bad. No smell here, not even a little bit. I am very happy with my purchase and very happy with the customer service.
