I got my first set of these orange superfeet a year ago. First it takes about a week to adjust to them, because the damage is already done to your feet. The first set held up 13 months with 10 to 15 miles of walking a day. Being heavier in weight I tend to go through inserts faster, but these held up better than other brands I have tried that only last a few weeks, or the feet never adjusted to the other brands. This is a fanastic product and It well worth the money for me.
