I purchased this item because I thought it would fit my model Poulan PLN3516F according to the drop down product finder on the oregonproducts.com website. It was wrong, what I actually needed was a S55 chain not a S56. I did buy the correct chain from the same company and it works fine. What the product image doesn't show you is the back of the package with all the information you need to see if your model chainsaw is compatible. Since I'm unable to upload the image of the back, I'll include the information below. If your exact model number (including letters) is not on this list I would say this is not the right chain. For example, my chainsaw is a Poulan 3516F, 3516 is listed but it is not the 3516F. That was my mistake, so I ended up getting the wrong size chain.
