With the 2018 tax changes, I was glad to get my TurboTax early this year. This is the review for Deluxe, including state edition. It all works as expected. Keep in mind, the state software for many states hasn't been released yet, and needs to be downloaded when available. In my case, Massachusetts will be out the first week of December. The ordering screen shows 'zero' cost as it's part of this package. For those new to TurboTax, I recommend viewing the computer system requirements, for Mac, I was sure to have Sierra 10.12 loaded and ready. Under "Product Details" you can see a list of forms that are included. I have rental property and stock transactions, Deluxe has been the version I've used for a long time. Last, note that the IRS forms are not all finalized. TurboTax will 'phone home' at startup and update forms as they are released. By the time the IRS is ready to accept returns, the software will produce the proper returns to submit.
