My vivoactive 3 battery life was weak and it kept having issues with syncing (Silly me!). I loved the watch and all it did, was looking into the new watch as i saw it was smaller (which i really wanted a smaller watch) and the being able to play music. I made the purchase. I'm not that amazed. Battery life does last longer, the screen itself is nicer with its bedeviled edges...but they made it much "thicker" meaning it stands off my wrist even more. So i traded the larger watch face for a much taller watch. The band is smaller though, that is a plus. Another really annoying thing which i hated about FIT BIT the heart rate monitor sticks up more. It has a bump which digs into my arm making it much more uncomfortable. This is why i loved my old one so much, it wasn't raised. I wish garmin would not have done this, i looked at tons of watches and knew i hated the fit bit due to this, Had i know i would not have bought the new one. If you are picky like me, this is a deal breaker. The color is ok, i should have waited for the white to come back in stock. The pink is ehhhh not great for red skin toned freckles, plus i don't love gold, but this was my own fault. NOW for the annoying bit. What in the world is going on with the app garmin?! I bought this new watch (stupidly) thinking it would help with the syncing issues i was having. My last watch had taken serious beatings and been attacked my an Aussie a handful of times so i assumed it was my fault. Nope wrong. Garmin is having massive issues with the iphone app syncing all the date from my watch. I have to log in each time i open the app and reinstall my watch each time. The first month i just thought well, they will fix it, i contacted garmin and they explained it was the new iphone update causing the issues and they would fix it. 3..4...5....updates later. It still wont work. I am a super huge fan of gramin products but i am starting to loose faith here.
