Sous Vide water temperature was always no more than 1* difference from the set temperature.
I received this unit today to cook Sous Vide, I actually cooked 2 chicken breasts today at 146* for 4 hours. I checked the actual water temperature against the set temperature with an instant read thermometer and it was always within 1*. Not bad at all for a multi-cooker. I will be using the other functions as well.
