This bag is pretty awesome and gets the job done. Compared to the other ones out there (Herschel or even Jansport) You actually get a lot for what you pay for. The straps feel pretty secure and strong, the pack itself is more of midsize bag, and the amount of pockets can keep you quite organized. Pockets, pockets, pockets: 1 front pocket for easy access to keys, wallet, and phone 2 side pockets, large enough to fit an 8oz mason jar on either side Main compartment is pretty spacious (see picture) Inside front flap has two small pockets and two pen/pencil pockets Back inside part has a section to keep your ipad or small surface laptop And there's even a small zipper compartment where you can store your wallet or phone (see picture)
