i was in the middle of writing a scathing one star review when everything changed. in two of the FEW one stars reviews, they talk about how when they go through their SETTINGS and try to connect to the Planet-9 via bluetooth, their phones said “Planet-9 not supported” then completely disappeared from their bluetooth list, and the same thing happened to me for HOURS. until i watched a youtube video of someone reviewing the lamp, and they skipped going to the device settings entirely and went straight to the Divoom app. in the app, he went to SETTINGS>DEVICE and it paired automatically. on my iPhoneXR, there is no said option. however in the iPhone app, when you tap the CUBE, then tap the SCREEN with the + sign in the top left corner, it automatically paired! it took me literally hours to figure this out so i hope this review helps someone! i still have to give four stars for how complicated all this was when the instructions/app could’ve been more clear.
