My FoodSaver Plus stopped vacuuming enough air to trigger the sealing function. I will still use it for cutting bag rolls. Looking for a different brand other than FoodSaver, I saw this one for $39.99 after the $20 coupon. The FS was $160 and lasted 3 years. If this one lasts 3 years, good deal. I will miss the storage/cutting feature but for $40 I can deal with it. The vacuum function is very strong and makes a good seal. It is loud, I use it when no one else is in the kitchen.
