I am writing this review 2 ½ years after I received the product. I purchase the product about 2 ½ years ago and followed the instructions for installation. After 2 ½ years the light failed to lite. On a whim, I wrote the seller an email explaining what happen with a copy of the receipt. Within an hour they responded stating that a new Flag Light was being shipped that day expedited delivery. That was Wednesday, I got the light the following Friday (2 days). So, when VONT say lifetime, they mean it. I can not be happier with their customer service responds it was 5 Stars service. I would recommend this company’s products based on their customer service.
