From reading the reviews, I was expecting a very tight fit so I decided to go with medium to be safe. I'm 5' 8 and about 140 and 34D. It was a bit larger than I had hoped for. The shoulders were a little far apart on me and the waist could've been a a few inches smaller. All that aside, it looked so flowy and beautiful! I twirled a lot when I put it on because I love the way it fans out. It makes me want to frolic in a meadow! Also, it is very, very comfortable.
