I'm going to give a mixed review and a suggestion to help with use. First, this product is kind of an industry standard now and an upgrade from standard putty tape. I like the adhesive quality of it but it can be difficult to install. The paper backing does not want to release the product. It shreds in tiny pieces which you have to pick out of the product while the adhesive quality of the product will stick to your fingers incessantly which is a huge mess. A 5 minute job will turn into hours of frustration dealing with the paper shredding. I recently had to do a roof rebuild and bought 4 rolls and after the first roll was a nightmare, I figured out a HUGE tip which will help alot of you if you decide to go this route and use this product, FREEZE the rolls before use! In any temperature above 60 the putty has the consistency of used bubble gum. It will stick to the paper, your fingers, to anything you accidentally touch with it. Once frozen, it still retains adhesion but is much more forgiving. It will release from the paper in one pull and if it's placed in the wrong spot, it can be pulled up and repositioned without too much trouble.
