My only minor complaint is the edges of the front and back slightly stick up causing a slight amount of extra pressure on two spots of my wrist and arm, which can be a problem with my numbness and tingling issues I get from a repetitive stress injury. But most of the time it’s completely alleviated that problem for me. Just sometimes I think I rest my arms on it just right (or wrong) enough to cause the tingling. I’m not gonna fault the product too much for this because for most intents and purposes this thing is great. I love the firmness. It slowly gets softer after a bit of use, but hasn’t gone flat on me yet. I use it for hours at a time. I need it to be the perfect measurement it is to fit my purpose so this has been great for me. Others complain but I don’t think it’s hard or uncomfortable at all. Regardless of my specific needs. I definitely recommend.
