I have always used the Chi flat iron for my hair and after 10 years, it broke (I almost cried) . I needed a flat iron ASAP for an event I was going to and this flat iron had the best and most reviews, not to mention, a really good price. I can see why! The temperature gets very hot and it doesn't take long to heat up. You can dial it up to 410. It leaves my hair silky straight and when I want to curl it, the curls turn out beautiful!! The only thing I don't like about this flat iron is that with the chi , I was able to press the flat iron on the outer end with my fingers in order to apply more pressure but this one gets too hot so I can't do that. The good thing is that this iron does bring a glove so if I wanted to use the glove to do that, I could. Besides the flat iron and the glove, a small bottle of argan oil(smells fantastic) and a pouch to store the flat iron in is included. You can't beat this price. I bought one for me, my mother and my cousin. If you are contemplating on buying a flat iron, look no further!
