I got these masks for my kids and I keep them in the car. One day, I accidentally forgot a mask and used one of these. I'm a petite adult (5ft tall) and the mask fits me...they also fit my 2nd grader and 4th grader. No chemical smell as other reviewers mentioned. Now if you have a small child like a kindergartener, it may be too loose. Just tie knots to make it fit... I used to wash cloth masks, but I'm so over it because my kids have to wear a mask everyday and I constantly had to wash them so I'm glad I got these.
