I spent weeks researching computer specs, deciding what I need to run powerful games at their highest quality while not breaking the bank, and comparing computers. This was a long-term buy for me and I knew that I wanted to find the right computer my first time around. Turns out I failed to do just that. My initial experience with SkyTech was excellent. Truly! I had requested red LED fans at the front of the tower and the builders customized the build before shipment with splendid communication. My computer arrived a day earlier than expected and I spent three glorious afternoons gaming with the best quality graphics I have ever seen. I was absolutely in love. On the third day, my darling computer, whom I had named Valkyrie, refused to start. I tapped the power button and.....nothing. I check the cables to make sure that nothing is unplugged and try again. Still nothing. I research and wrack my brains for over an hour and eventually the front fans blink when I hold down the power button. I have done nothing to damage or harm the computer in any way. I know it could not have been a human error on my part. I currently am awaiting a response from SkyTech (it is Sunday now; I received the computer Thursday night) and I will edit this review with an update on how SkyTech treats issues such as this one. Until then, I will determine my review a 3/5. While it worked, this computer was absolutely amazing. But three days of amazing graphics simply doesn't cut it for me.... fingers crossed for good news in the upcoming days. UPDATE! Good news! Customer service responded the next day and offered a number of options from replacing the power supply, fixing the machine, replacing the machine, or refunding my purchase. I decided to give it a chance and had them send me a new power supply, which arrived in four days. In no time at all, Valkyrie was purring like a kitten. I'm able to run high-quality games and demanding programs without issue and it's been just under a week with no crash. I would recommend getting a better power supply if you intend to do a lot of intense gaming or video editing, so explore your options with SkyTech before buying. Super happy with this purchase and 100% would recommend both product and seller.
