I tried this conditioner on my ‘06 Lexus. There is a small part of the leather driver’s seat that is very wrinkled and starting to crack. I poured this conditioner directly on the damaged area and let it absorb for a couple hours. Before - the area was crusted and rough to the touch and I was afraid the leather would tear if my jeans scraped across with enough pressure. After - the cracked area felt much softer and more forgiving as my hands and clothing rubbed against it. The scratches and lighter cracks also became less noticeable in appearance. I was really impressed. I shortly after used it to detail the rest of the car seats with excellent results!
