I’m making wine with these, it made almost 6 strong gallons! It’s a good sized bag! :) These are the real deal but be warned, I wish I had been warned. Elderberries smell awful while they are being boiled down and subsequently fermented. I love cheese! Even bleu and brie and other stinky cheeses and this offended me. But that’s the nature of the berry. It is tasting so wonderful so far, just did the final rack and the smell is starting to subside. But these berries taste like heaven! I am going to order more and make some jelly as soon as my hubby leaves town because he hates cheese! Lolol He may divorce me if I boil that up again while he’s home! :) I approve of this brand!
