Before February 1st, 2020, I was unaware that Head & Shoulders made a conditioner. As far as I've known there was only a 2-In-1. SO I bought this that very day and tried it as soon as it arrived. Truthfully, once my hair was dry, I'm going to say that it was at its softest-- I just DID NOT ANTICIPATE an effect like that from Head & Shoulders because I thought they focused mostly on dandruff but my hair was SO SOFT that I really just COULD not believe it. I would recommend this duo-set for 100% mostly for it's perfect solution for dandruff, but also its conditioner counterpart which happens to be equally formidable in results. I don't know your hair journey or your pain points about it, but I know mine AND my journey when it came to hair-- and my journey started in high school. You know we aaaall experience something outta high school but for me, one of them was persistent dandruff. I just COULD. NOT. GET. Rid of it. And my mom let me try many different pharmaceutical options! Everything in that Duane Reade shelf, I tried. NONE of them worked. I was so distressed because I wanted to be that girl who had the long and perfectly wavy hair. I had the hair but with the curse of severe dandruff. I couldn't stand it. Then my mom bought Head & Shoulders just to buy it for everyone in the family, and honestly? It worked after two washes. I was in high school, I was at home in the bathroom SITTING by the sink, looking through my scalp for traces of dandruff and there were no more a couple of days after my second wash (I wash my hair every two days, so I don't necessarily use this as a daily shampoo). This is why over the years, it's so easy to fall in and out of using H&S-- it works so well and you kinda don't need to use it after a long while all over again. I can say that this brand has given me a good amount of the confidence I needed in high school as well as in adulthood. GET THIS AND YOU WILL EXPERIENCE WHY I GAVE IT 5 STARS.
