Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

When I received "this" product, I found it to be worthless. It wouldn't turn on, the instruction manual was written completely in Engrish and the craftsmanship was extremely cheap. I returned it to Amazon and requested a replacement in the small hope that a new one might actually work. When I received the replacement, it was completely different... it was solidly built, had a good manual and worked like a charm from the very first try. In only two tries, my dog now knows to stay off the sofa. I would just caution anyone that gets one that doesn't work, to verify that you received the right product. When I re-ordered from Amazon, I used the exact same link so I know I didn't select the wrong product initially. In the picture, you can see the "bad" product on the left and the "good" one on the right.
