The computer arrived like it was brand new! The computer, keyboard, and mouse were all included and function as expected. There was a learning curve for me because this is my first Mac computer, but it was well worth it. This computer is a tremendous upgrade from the computer I was using previously. I use it at work to make videos. It is faster and much more efficient in all areas of my work. I recommend this computer to anyone looking for an upgrade.
