Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Well, that was a disappointment. My wife and I have wanted one of these for a while now, and after reading the other reviews I thought this one would be good. And we'll.....the one I received isn't. After assembling it (which was simple) I noticed it wasn't straight. So I loosened each bolt and and had my wife hold it straight as I tightened them back. As soon as she let go it went crooked again. This is because of 2 issues with the design. First, there is no supports across the backs and second, the top, bottom and side poles connect to each other by only sliding into each other and only locking by a quick release button which allows the pipes to much play. Also the cheap allen key they sent stripped out after how many time I tried adjusting it. Update: 02-28-19 Shortly after my original review I received a email from the manufacturer asking me what they could do to fix this situation. To be perfectly frank, I was shocked at the lengths they were willing to go to make me sure I was satisfied. I am happy to report that the 2nd unit I was shipped when put together had none of the issue the first did. I plan on buying more of these carts for my children. Well Done Songmics!
