We're a busy family of four who eats out often due to a lack of time and/or energy at the end of the day. The Instant Pot enables us to easily make a wide variety of flavorful gourmet meals in minutes -- including deserts! Clean-up is a snap. The interior pot lifts out easily and fits nicely in the dishwasher. The lid locking capability and steam release features make it far less scary than the old school stove top pressure cookers -- just make sure you use your left hand to turn the vent handle so your palm isn't over the steam vent when the steam is released (see photo).
