I ordered the 26” Orange Sunshine-5’2” female, and 27” Blue Spark for 6’ husband, they delivered quickly for Christmas gifts in big boxes securely packed. I didnt want to pay the extra $100 each to deliver to a bike shop for assembly so my husband assembled both bikes, fairly easy to do, tools included to put handle bar, front wheel, seat and few accessories included. We were anxious to get them on the trails, and wanted to be sure everything would work properly so we carried them to a local professional bike shop to tweak the brakes, gears etc, at $50 each. It was worth this to know everything would ride smooth. Once on the ride we were cruising along for couple of miles and my Sunshine bikes’ “power control” meter turned off on its own, (this operates the power assist and throttle). I realized this while attempting to throttle up a hill. We tried to turn the meter back on but it would not come on. So my new bike was basically like any normal manual peddle mountain bike. We removed the battery thinking it could be either a shortage in the connecting cable or the battery. Then we put the battery back on the bike and the meter turned on again. Right now the only way to turn my meter on/off is with the battery. Other than this issue, both bikes are fun to ride, and a breeze going up inclines, rode 21 miles so far with little throttle or pas and batteries are still 3/4 full. Ive notified Ancheer and Amazon about the problem via several emails and awaiting their reply to replace the faulty control meter. Will post results. Update: after 15 days from first contacting Ancheer and Amazon i received a new meter, its working and hope it continues. Thx so much. Update: its been 6 mths riding bike, put 400 miles of pleasure riding.. really enjoying the heart-attack-prevention bike!!!
