I have purchased two sets of these headphones for my daughter who is 5. The first set was 7 months ago. They fit well, were well made and my enjoyed using them. A few weeks ago I noticed the sound stopped working on one side and shortly thereafter both sides no longer produced sound. I was very disappointed as these were not even a year old. I contacted the company and the customer service I received was amazing. They responded to my email within hours, they tried to troubleshoot the problem and were quick to offer a replacement free of charge. This occurred over a few emails back and forth all within minutes of each other. The new set was mailed out the same day. Every product has the chance for a defect but the customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I will happily purchase from them again.
