This is a great bag for a home gym. The size of great for punches and kicks. The quality is amazing for the price. It’s really sturdy and can take a beating. It was super easy to assemble and even comes with decent gloves if you don’t have a nice pair of legit boxing gloves. You Might need to pinch the hooks on the chain a little to get the bag to stay on the chain when using power kicks and punches. Also be careful with the strap on the bottom of the bag. It worked great for months but I recently tore the strap throwing a spinning back kick. But hey at least the bag itself didn’t tear
