I used to never ever brush my teeth. I know how gross that sounds, but I started taking better care of myself-- but I had years of stains. I've barely used this toothpaste (for not even a week) and it's absolutely amazing. My teeth are noticably whiter and to top it off, my teeth don't hurt! The best toothpaste I've ever had.
