This is an excellent table, our toddler loves it and it is very sturdy. As other reviewers have mentioned, the long screws that come with the table (for attaching the table legs to the table top) are not good. The pilot holes are not wide enough, and the screws are soft, so the Phillips heads strip out almost immediately. I was only able to get half of the screws into the table without stripping. I bought new 3-inch screws from Lowe's, that did the job perfectly: Madera wood screws 14x3 Flat Phillips Brass The UPC on the bag is 08236 68238 Apart from this one issue, a fantastic item. Do yourself a favor and buy eight of these screws before you assemble the table, and don't bother using the ones that come with it. The chairs went together without any trouble.
